Turgen and training

Ok, well I am in a small village called Turgen about 2 hours drive from Almaty so I don't have the internet. We came to Almaty today for the first time to get cell phones and stuff so hopefully some of you will be able to txt message me and vis-versa. Not much else is going on I go to Kazakh language class from 8-5 everyday and observe some classes every once in a while. Teaching will start up soon so what little free time I have will be cut in half.

I live with a nice family of four (dad, mother, and 2 daughters). Our town is in the mountaines so I get to see some amazing views every morning walking to school. Just because I'm sure you all want to know I do have an outhouse, but it isn't bad at all.

Peace Corps has all of these rules about trainees leaving there training sites so I do now know when I will be able to make it back into the city to use the internet. The next time I will try to bring some pictures and write more.

Anyways here is my number. 7-705-156-64-88 .... You will have to dial 011 to get an oustide line in the USA. Anyways remember the time diference is 12 hours. the best times to call are from 6am-8am Kansas time. Ok I have to go miss you all bye
